Shipping Policy

EVIONOR ships orders to Hungary, to several countries within the European Union, as well as to Switzerland. The shipping method available for a given address, its fee, and the expected delivery time are always shown at checkout, before the order is finalized.

Processing and delivery
Products in stock are processed on business days. The expected delivery time within Hungary is generally 4–7 days, and to other European destination countries generally 4–12 days. The stated time is an estimate; holidays, peak periods, stock shortages, or the operation of the carrier may cause delays.

Shipping fees
The shipping fee is calculated based on the destination country, the order value, and the chosen shipping method. The current fee and any free-shipping value threshold are shown at checkout. Free shipping tied to order value is available in Hungary and in several EU destination countries.

Orders to Switzerland
For shipments to Switzerland, import-related customs duties, taxes, and administrative fees may be charged to the customer; these are not necessarily included in the product price and the shipping fee.

Tracking and damaged parcels
If the carrier provides tracking, its details are sent by e-mail. In the case of a visibly damaged parcel, please take a photo, report the damage to the courier, and write to info@evionor.hu as soon as possible, stating your order number.
